2007
For a detailed demonstration of the MaintenanceMax® Electronic Performance Support System, please attend the Department of Defense Maintenance Symposium and Exhibition to be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel on November 13-16, 2007, in Orlando, Florida. MaintenanceMax will be on display at the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences booth.
2006
Roger LaPlante and Anna Liisa Van Mantgem presented an electronic performance support system (EPSS) case study at ITEC 2006, Europe's most prominent training, education, and simulation conference, on May 17, 2006, in London. The session provided attendees with a demonstration, metrics, and lessons learned from the U.S. Navy E-2C Hawkeye Aircraft avionics EPSS.
Roger LaPlante and Anna Liisa Van Mantgem conducted a presentation entitled "Applying Performance Support Technology to Electrical Wiring Interconnect System Training and Maintenance: Results of the E-2C Avionics Case Study" at the 9th Annual Conference on Aging Aircraft held March 6-9, 2006 in Atlanta, GA.
2005
MaintenanceMax® staff presented a paper entitled "How to Justify and Deploy Performance Support Tools for Maintenance" at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation, and Education Conference held in Orlando, Florida on November 28-December 1, 2005. The presentation provided military program managers with acquisition tips and tools help them procure and fund performance support technology for maintenance. REI Systems also released the metrics and results from the performance support system pilot project conducted for the Navy's E-2C aircraft community in 2005.
MaintenanceMax® staff briefed Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) members gathered at the EPRI International Maintenance Conference about REI Systems' performance support system case study, which was conducted in partnership with EPRI and the Tennessee Valley Authority. The case study demonstrated that coal-fired electric power plants can benefit from using performance support systems as knowledge management and refresher training tools. The full case study will be published by EPRI later in the fall. The EPRI International Maintenance Conference was held August 8-10 in Jersey City, New Jersey.
